BOUTEFLIKA put the baton in the hands of OUYAHIA??

Cursus professionnel et fonctions politiques[modifier]

Cursus professionnel and politiques fonctions
Ouyahia with Donald Rumsfeld in Algiers (2006)
From 1975 to 1981, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
From 1981 to 1984: Counsellor for Foreign Affairs to the Embassy of Algeria in Abidjan.
From 1984 to 1989, Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of Algeria to the United Nations (New York).
From 1988 to 1989 Deputy Representative to the Security Council of the United Nations.
From 1989 to 1990: Consultant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From 1990 to 1991: General Manager Central Africa at the Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From 1992 to 1993, Ambassador to Mali.
From 1993 to 1994, Secretary of State for Economic Cooperation and Maghreb affairs.

    2003-2006: Chairman of the Board.
From 2008 to September 2012: the prime minister.

Beside the exercise of diplomatic functions, and government has been including:

Ombudsman on behalf of Algeria in the conflict in northern Mali in 1992.
Ombudsman on behalf of the President of the OAU to compose the Ethiopia-Eritrea Conflict 1999-2000 ..
Finally, I see the end of De Klerk (Bouteflika), a man so gallant passing the baton in the hands of Mandela (Ouyahia)? If so, Bouteflika enter in history and will be remembered for a lifetime by all its inhabitants, but especially the Berbers! Wishing  happiness in Algeria, we will wait the chronicles future!
With a great curriculum like this, I think Mr. Ahmed Ouyahia has the respect of all of Algeria to stand in the forthcoming presidential elections. I can not say if he will be the right person that Algerians expect? But it is also true that today the quality is rarely successful. Practically I do not think that there are people who can compete with this great character who has a great reputation?
